What is MACA?
The Mid-Atlantic Composting Association (MACA) is an association of composters (commercial and backyard), state and federal agency personnel, university researchers, public utilities, and other interested parties who have a interest and commitment to composting.
Mission Statement -
The Mid-Atlantic Composting Association advocates market development to support composting and environmental quality in the mid-Atlantic states. The Association promotes science-based research, education, standards, and regulations for a sustainable composting industry. The Association shares information through working partnerships.
Partnerships -
The Mid-Atlantic Composting Association is affiliated with the United States Composting Council and the MACA web site is sponsored by the Warrington Foundation.
